Welcome to 3DPmom.com and the 3DPmom 3D Print Camps. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the registration process for our summer camp. By using our website and signing up for our camp, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or register for the camp. Unauthorized use of this website may result in termination of your access.

1. Camp Registration and Eligibility

Registration is open to children in grades 4-12. A parent or legal guardian must complete the registration process for minors. Registration is only confirmed upon full payment and submission of all required forms. We reserve the right to deny or cancel registrations at our discretion.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

All fees must be paid in full before camp attendance. Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which is outlined in our FAQs. Late payments may result in forfeiture of the student’s spot.

3. Medical and Emergency Information 

Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical information about their child and a valid emergency contact. In case of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact the parent/guardian and seek necessary medical care. We are not liable for medical expenses incurred during camp.

4. Camp Rules and Code of Conduct

Students must follow all camp rules and instructions from staff. Disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal without refund. Parents/guardians are responsible for transportation if their child is dismissed from camp.

5. Liability Waiver

By enrolling in our camp, you acknowledge the inherent risks of this activity. We are not responsible for personal injury, lost or damaged belongings, or other unforeseen incidents. Parents/guardians release and hold harmless Erin Balogh, 3DPmom, and our instructors and staff from any claims related to camp participation. We are also not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of this website. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Cancellation and Changes

We reserve the right to cancel or modify camp sessions due to weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a session, we will offer a refund or alternative session (if available).

8. Use of Photos and Media

We may take photos or videos of class sessions and/ or individual projects for promotional purposes. These photos may include images of students. Parents/guardians can opt out of media use by notifying us in writing before camp begins.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and the design files for printable objects displayed, are owned by Erin Balogh for use under her trademark 3DPmom. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent. 3DPmom designs printed during camp may not be sold commercially without purchase of a commercial license.

10.Third-Party Services

We use third-party vendors for payment processing and for sourcing our printers and filament. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of third-party providers.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the website and camp services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
